Southwestern Steak Salad

Be sure to use Olive Oil & Beyond’s premium olive oils and specialty flavored vinegars for best results!

If you are planning on doing some grilling this holiday weekend, here’s an easy all-in-one meal that is lighter and still packed with rich,  tangy citrus flavor delivered by the combination of our crushed blood orange extra virgin olive oil and the zesty tangerine vinegar.  Simply Delectable!

Southwest steak salad recipe perfect for  memorial day healthy grilling  dressing made with premium crushed fruit olive oil and tangerine flavored vinegar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will need:

  • OO&B Organic Crushed Whole-Fruit, Blood Orange, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar

Serve 1 part balsamic with 1 part olive oil tossed lightly over:

  • Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • Fresh Corn Kernels
  • Black Beans
  • Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • Diced Avocado
  • Grilled Steak, cut to bite-size
