Potstickers and Spicy Dipping Sauce

Olive Oil & Beyond  potstickers and spicy coconut dipping sauce recipe

Purchase ready-made Gyoza or ‘potstickers’ in the frozen section of your grocery, Asian market or Trader Joe’s.

In large frying pan warm 2 Tbsp. OO&B Olive Oil on med-high (we recommend Coratina organic extra virgin olive oil OR for spicier, try the Pepperoncini Olive Oil)

Add 8-10 potstickers to heated oil/pan, cook 3-5 minutes, turning until lightly brown and crisp.  Slowly add 1/4 cup of warm water, add a 1 tsp. of OO&B Tangerine vinegar, then reduce heat to medium and cover for another 3-5 minutes to steam.

Drain and serve hot with spicy dipping sauce.

Serving suggestions:    Add fresh sliced ginger if desired, over fresh kale with wild rice for a healthy, deliciously spicy small plate.  Serves 2

Spicy Dipping Sauce Ingredients:  OO&B pepperoncini olive oil, coconut vinegar. tangerine vinegar (1 part each), red pepper flakes to taste.
