Fuji Apple Salad & Dressing


Fuji apple salad with Panera style dressingOO&B Kitchen’s version of ‘copy recipe’ for the highly processed, but delicious, Panera‘s Fuji Apple Salad Dressing.

Serve on salad blend of Romain or mixed greens, sweet red onion, tomato, pecans, dried apple chips and Gorgonzola or Feta cheese. The sweet and savory flavors provide a nice balance!

(pictured w/a substitute of strawberries for tomatoes – onions omitted for this fruitier version, blueberries optional)


Dressing Ingredients:

2 T. Premium Olive Oil from OO&B (try our Italian Leccino  or California Frantoio EVOO)
1 T. White Balsamic Vinegar
1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar (OO&B Red Apple vinegar works well too)
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 T. Onion Powder
1 1/2 t. Dijon Mustard
3 T. Organic frozen apple juice concentrate

Number of Servings: 5-6

TIP:  Reserve this dressing for blending with a bit of butter, some fresh parsley and our organic Meyer Lemon olive oil for a delightfully fresh pasta sauce as well.
