Fall Harvest Salad with Spinach, Goat Cheese, and Almonds


This salad is easy to make and serves as an excellent side dish for the holidays. Serve it on its own or add your own protein like salmon, roasted chicken, and more. Enjoy! 

OO&B Products Used: Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar, Koroneiki Greece Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Serves 4-6 

1 bag of pre-washed Spinach salad mix

1/2 cup dried cherries

1.5 thinly sliced pears

3/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/2 cup slivered almonds (toast them for extra flavor!)

Mix 1/2 cup OO&B Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar and 1/2 cup Koroneiki Greece EVOO

Toss all ingredients together, serve, and enjoy!
