Classic Red Wine Vinegar Marinade


This marinade is exquisite for everything from rib-eye steak, to chicken breast, to pork chops. Use to add flavor to all of your meats or as a vinaigrette to your favorite salads and roasted or grilled vegetables! It is healthy, delicious, and easy to prepare. This is one of our OO&B’s favorites!

OO&B Ingredients: Organic Red Wine vinegar; Organic Coratina Italy EVOO; Butcher Sea Salt


¼ cup OO&B Organic Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp. Organic Coratina Italy Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

Butcher Sea Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

Whisk all ingredients together and salt/pepper to desired taste. For marinades, place chicken, pork or steak in marinade in a resealable plastic baggie and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning the meat over as it sits. The longer it marinates, the more tender and flavorful the meat will be.

For vinaigrettes, whisk together and serve over fresh salads, roasted or grilled vegetables, or for dipping crusty bread. Store in a mason jar and keep chilled.
