It is originated in San Francisco. Traditionally made by Italian fishermen who settled in the North Beach/Fisherman’s Wharf section of San Francisco. It is an American-Italian Dish and it is related to various regional fish soups in Italian cuisine.

- Sweat some aromatic like Fennel,Onion, Garlic and shallots
- Add a Jar of whole san marzano tomatoes & some tomato paste
- Your choice of assorted fish & shellfish.
- Seasoned and finish with chopped fresh herbs, our saffron reserve balsamic and call us when it is ready!
